How do you control students with ADD in your classroom?

You are in your second year of teaching third grade in an elementary school. You have learned that two of your students have been diagnosed with attention deficit disorder. Ben and Jason have problems paying attention in class and are easily distracted. They are disruptive to other students and are disorganized. You have never had any experiences with children with this disorder, so you are not sure of how to handle the situation. You suspect that teaching these children, along with the rest of the class, will be difficult. How can you prepare yourself for the challenge?
